Product releases took up to 6 months, delaying innovation
Customer feedback was not systematically integrated into product decisions
Cluttered interface made navigation difficult and key features hard to find, made the app less engaging and user-friendly.
Without improving delivery workflows and roadmap clarity, the company risked falling behind competitors in an increasingly AI-driven market.

What I did
1. Led User Research & Defined Product Requirements
I began by gathering insights from customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflow inefficiencies and unmet needs.:
Conducted customer interviews, created user journey maps to visualize pain points,
Translated insights into clear feature requirements with clear product requirement documents.
Redesigned the onboarding flow to remove redundant steps and simplify navigation.
2. Restructured the Product Roadmap
To accelerate delivery speed, I restructured the existing roadmap and backlogs.
Audited and reviewed 300+ backlog items to identify duplicates, outdated tasks, and high-impact opportunities
Prioritized backlog items into 90 structured Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteria
Defined release scope and milestones to improve delivery predictability
Introduced version control and performance tracking practices
Implemented backlog grooming and sprint planning workflows
3. Strengthened Cross-Functional Collaboration
